Privacy Policy  

All information that you provide to us is confidential. We do not sell lists or give out your information to anybody.

WE WILL NEVER GIVE OUT CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPRESS CONSENT.  

 

Payment  

For your convenience, we accept cash for final payment as well as all major credit and debit cards.

 

Cancellation Policy, Rules, and Regulations

There is a 30% NON-refundable deposit on every service. Cancellations less than 10 days notice will be billed the Total Quoted Amount. All MC/VISA/DISCOVER Credit cards are runs 72 hours before run date and American Express runs 96 hours before runs date. If you require special arrangements please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs. If desired we will enter into a written contract. The full fare plus gratuity will also be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (no-show). If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur, call DC Taxi & Limousines at (503) 399-7900. To avoid being billed as a DC Taxi & Limousines no-show, do not leave your location without contacting DC Taxi & Limousines.  You must contact us by phone. DC Taxi & Limousines is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to Mother Nature or to circumstances beyond our control.  DC Taxi & Limousines does not guarantee vehicle availability or pricing for reservation changes. Prices are subject to change at any time.     

Limousine Rules and Regulations:

 

If any of the rules are not followed, or are broken, DC Taxi & Limousines, Inc. 

Will charge a fee and Terminate the contract with No Refunds. 


1. No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age.

 

A) If minors are present in Limousine No Alcohol Allowed.  


2. NO SMOKING in or Around limousine, A Charge of $200.00 for smoke removal from inside Limousine and/or termination of contract, No exceptions.


3. All unruly persons will be dropped of at the sole discretion of the driver & no refunds will be issued.


4. No illegal drug use of any kind.


5. $100.00 clean up fee for excessive matter in a limousine. 


6. Clean-up fee for vomit in the limousine will be assessed with $200.00 Min.


7. We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.


8. $10.00 per glass for broken or missing glasses.


9. Overtime will be billed in half hour increments.


10. Cancellations must be made in within 14 days of your scheduled event to avoid being billed the full amount.


11. Customer agrees that replacement Limousine may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, limo involved in accident, etc.


12. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges. Overtime or cancellations due to flight delays or cancelled flights will be billed as a regular cancellation. We cannot be responsible for other company's non-performance. We have to pay salary to our drivers.


13. All entertainment including cds, dvds, vhs tapes is to be provided by the client.


14. We require a deposit, by credit card on all rentals, with the exception of taxi cab reservations.  any damages to the Limousine will be charged to the card.  In no event shall DC Taxi & Limousines or its employees, directors, agents, or any other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or other damages (regardless of the form of action) arising out of (i) use of the service by any person, including but not limited to any damage caused by any reliance on, or any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in, any information and content accessed over the service, (ii) any use or inability to use the service for whatever reason, including but not limited to communications failure or any other failure with transmission or delivery of any information accessed through the service, or (iii) any goods or services discussed,  purchased or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the service, in each case even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
